delivery times & information

We deliver to UK mainland (Excluding Northern Ireland ) under our standard shipping costs of £10.50 - £15.00 using ParcelForce next day services, Scottish Highlands using postcodes  AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 will incur an extra charge, we will call prior to starting your order to give you options. All items are packed in bubble wrap and packing peanuts if required, our rate of parcels that have any problems when arriving is very very small, however if you have any problems then please get in touch straight away!

Delivery times vary from week to week, they are effected by  the amount of staff we have in  and how busy we are, supply chain is also a big factor and although  our factories are UK based it is not always possible to have everything in stock all the time, so if your item states BACKORDER then we will need to order it in, which slows down out delivery times. However, no matter what we will always try and get your order out as soon as we can!!!
