Delivery Times & Shipping Information

We deliver to the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) with our standard shipping costs ranging from £10.50 to £15.00 using DPD next day services. Please note that delivery times in the UK may vary for specific areas, such as the Scottish Highlands with postcodes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, which will incur an extra charge. We’ll give you a call before starting your order to discuss your options. All items, including those for military gift delivery, are securely packed in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, if required. Our rate of parcels encountering issues upon arrival is very low; however, if you do experience any problems, please get in touch with us right away! If you are outside these areas, please contact us to see if we can assist you with your UK delivery information.

Delivery times in the UK can vary each week, influenced by the number of staff available and our overall busyness. The supply chain also plays a significant role, and although our factories are based in the UK, it's not always feasible to have every item in stock. If your item indicates BACKORDER, we'll need to place an order, which may slow down your delivery times. Nonetheless, we always strive to dispatch your military gift delivery as quickly as possible!
