We always hope you are happy with your purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason  you may return it for a refund or exchange, we offer a 14 day money back gurantee on all  items that are not personalised.

If you have bought an item that is not personalised  and have decided it is not what you want, let us know within 14 days of recieving it and  we will give you your money back.

The return postage must be paid by you and we would not refund the original postage charge.

The return must be made within 14 days of it being accepted.

On receipt of the goods we will inspect and if found in good condition we will refund the total amount paid minus the original postage fee.

Goods that are personalised cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged.

You  must let us know within 30 days of the delivery of your goods, after 30 days we are no longer obliged to refund or exchange your item.
