We always hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all items that are not personalised. This refund policy ensures that your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make your returns process as easy as possible.

If you have purchased an item that is not personalised and have decided it is not what you want, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we will provide you your money back. Please note that if you return damaged goods, the return postage must be covered by you, and we will not refund the original postage charge.

Remember, the return must be made within 14 days of it being accepted.

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it, including cases of damaged goods, by sending an email to info@readsgifts.co.uk or calling us at 01980 847719. Once we acknowledge your request, you will have an additional 14 days to complete the returns process by securely returning the item in its original packaging to: Reads Gifts and Services Ltd, 19b Station Road, Tidworth, Wiltshire, SP9 7NR. Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect them, and if they are found to be in good condition, we will process a refund according to our refund policy, minus the original postage fee.

Personalised goods cannot be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty or damaged goods. You must inform us within 14 days of the delivery regarding any issues; after this period, we are no longer obliged to refund or exchange your item according to our refund policy.
